These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

Pastor Rogiers has maintained a long-standing passion for providing training through church leadership and management. At the helm of When Jesus Calls, LLC, a provider of religious training and spiritual leadership, he is able to help people to recognize their capabilities to experience spiritual growth. With an ever-growing skill set and a divine talent for educating others, Pastor Rogiers works to demonstrate his belief that every believer in Jesus Christ has a dominant spirit gift and is obligated to use it to the glory of God. He shines in the area of church leadership and management, and he also serves as an associate minister and director of men's ministry at the Mount Hope Baptist Church in Fredericksburg.

Pastor Rogiers graduated Cum Laude from Park University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. He received a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Biblical Studies from the Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary at Liberty University. Additionally, he earned a Master of Arts in Religion, and graduated with honors from Troy State University, earning a Master of Public Administration in Government Management and Executive Leadership. He remains abreast of trends and developments as a member of the National Contract Management Association and Free Masonry. He is also an active member of community organizations, and previously functioned as an NCAA Division II men's basketball officiator for colleges and high schools.
