Pamela Van Der Does celebrates 18 years in the delivery of mental health care

COEUR D'ALENE, ID, July 06, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pamela Van Der Does, Clinical Director of The Mental Wellness Clinic, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in mental healthcare.

With 18 years of experience as a mental health counseling practitioner and five years managing and directing the delivery of mental health services, Pamela Van Der Does is responsible for managing care for the severely emotionally ill and disadvantaged, assisting other treatment staff in assessment and recommending optimal treatments for patients' illnesses. She became involved in her profession through her desire to help people, and she attributes her success to her compassionate nature.

Ms. Van Der Does received her Master's degrees from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio (M.Div) and Eastern Washington University (MS). In addition to her formal counseling education, she is an ordained minister. She is a member of the Washington Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association, the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, and the National Board for Certified Counselors.
