Chat Kiat Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Chat Kiat attained the Lifetime Achievement Alumni Award from Burpa University in Thailand in 2009
DALLAS, TX, June 11, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chat Kiat, Chairman for Courtesy Building Services, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in administration.
With 28 years of professional experience, Mr. Kiat specializes in business management. He oversees all aspects of the business including landscape design, construction and janitorial services. Courtesy Building Services, Inc. is a contracting company that provides construction, renovation, repair and janitorial services to commercial and retail office space.
Mr. Kiat relocated from Thailand in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Burpa University and merely $2,000. He started his career as a bus boy and progressed to a truck driver in 1981. Two and a half years later, he established Courtesy Building Services in December 1982 and increased his business revenue from $10 to 15 million per year. Since, he has built three Buddhist Temples temples in the United States and one in Thailand. He invited seven principals from Thailand to travel around the United States with him, and he sponsored 29 students in Thailand to learn English as a second language since 1985. He also built a meditation center with his own money for the Willpower Institute located in Dallas, Texas at 2526 Manana Drive #105, Dallas Texas, 75220. In the future, he intends to continue teaching and would like to deliver motivational speeches.
