Michael L. Hicks Honored for Accomplishments in Healthcare
Michael L. Hicks is physician assistant-certified

MENTONE, CA, April 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael L. Hicks, Physician Assistant for Kaiser Permanente, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in healthcare.

With 32 years of experience in his field, Mr. Hicks specializes in family medicine with special interest in male erectile dysfunction and minor surgery. In his position, he is responsible for teaching and performing repair of lacerations, and overseeing the clinic's patient care. Mr. Hicks practices medicine under the supervision of physicians and surgeons, participating in patient evaluations, testing and prescribing medications. He attributes his success to his dedication and desire to help others.

Physician assistant-certified, Mr. Hicks earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from Southern Adventist University. He received an associate of Science from Kettering College, a master-level certification in elementary education and a certification in advanced emergency medicine. A member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants, Mr. Hicks has volunteered his services in Haiti and Mexico, administering healthcare to the disadvantaged.
