Joseph M. Holden co-found Veritas Evangelical Seminary
MURRIETA, CA, March 1, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joseph M. Holden, Ph.D., President, Co-Founder of Veritas Evangelical Seminary, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in religious education.
As the president and co-founder of Veritas Evangelical Seminary, Dr. Holden specializes in philosophical theology. He oversees and administers the master's programs focusing on biblical, theological and apologetic studies. In addition, he has published four books on apologetic issues, and is a contributor to a forthcoming work by the Oxford University Press and served as an associate editor of "Apologetic Study Bible for Students," published in 2010 by Broadman and Holman. Dr. Holden became involved in his profession after realizing the need for Christian graduate students to be trained in apoletics and classical theology.
Dr. Holden's Ph.D. is in Systematic Theology from the University of Wales. Dr. Holden received his Master's Degree in Divinity from Southern Evangelical Seminary & Bible College (2002) and his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Western Illinois University (2001). He is a member of the Near East Archaeological Society, the Society of Biblical Literature, the Evangelical Theological Society and the International Society for Christian Apologetics. He attributes his success to his faith in Christ and the support. In the future, he intends to expand to seminary lecture, and write.
