BEDFORD, NY, December 31, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Yonni Limmer Wattenmaker, Director of Lifelong Learning at Central Synagogue, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in her career.

After a high school trip to the concentration camps of the Holocaust, Ms. Wattenmaker become motivated to educate future generations about the universal lessons of tolerance and understanding. With 17 years of professional experience, today she specializes in organizational management, mentoring and strategic planning. Since 2006, Ms. Wattenmaker has been Central Synagogue's Director of Lifelong Learning. In her position, she manages and mentors a large staff, creates and maintains a seven figure budget, and oversees all educational programming from early childhood through adulthood.

Ms. Wattenmaker is considered one of the top professionals in her field, and aspires to transfer her skills to the corporate sector, assisting large and small businesses in deciding where to spend their charitable dollars and focus their volunteer efforts. In addition to her current role, she created a blog about becoming a vegan. Ms. Wattenmaker lends her career success to her hard work, dedication, vision and self-motivation.

In 1996, she graduated from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion with a master's degree in Jewish education. Three years prior, she earned a bachelor's degree from The George Washington University. As a professional mentor and coach, Ms. Wattenmaker is the founder of My Faith/Your Faith, and is a mentor for the Leadership Institute. She is a board member for the National Association of Temple Educators, as well as the Eisner and Crane Lake Camps. Additionally, Ms. Wattenmaker is a clinical faculty member at Hebrew Union College, and volunteers her spare time to multiple organizations. In the future, she plans to continue motivating others and give back to the less fortunate. Ms. Wattenmaker yearns to bridge the differences between people and inspire a brighter future.
