Carolyn S. Caton Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
A dynamic leader, Carolyn S. Caton, has been highly successful in the transportation industry

Blue Springs, MO, December 17, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carolyn S. Caton, Director of Operations at FLI, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, innovation, vision and overall excellence in transportation operations.

With over 17 years of professional experience in the transportation industry, specifically the LTL and 3PL markets, Ms. Caton attributes her success to her great upbringing and the support of her parents, a strong work ethic, a desire to succeed and a positive attitude. As the Director of Operations, Ms. Caton is responsible for the oversight of all operational aspects including carrier contract negotiations, staffing, human resources, planning, P&L and IT enhancements.

Ms. Caton earned a Master of Public Service Administration in 2004 from the University of Evansville, Evansville, IN. Her Bachelor of Business Administration was received from Baker University, Overland Park, KS in 1996. Ms. Caton is involved in local charities and community activities such as Micah Ministries and mission trips. She also serves as Deacon and Praise Team member at First Christian Church, and as a board member of the Blue Springs Barb-B-Q Blaze off committee. She previously served on the Blue Springs Parks & Recreation board for several years, during which time they received a national award for "Outstanding Parks & Recreation Board for a City with a Population under 50,000." Ms. Caton was a President's Ring of Honor nominee after being honored with the "Terminal Manager of the Year" award twice while working for a national less-than-truckload carrier.
