Samuel Mayer Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Samuel Mayer enjoys working in the nonprofit sector

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, January 18, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Samuel Mayer, Finance Administrator at First Presbyterian Church, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in church administration.

As a finance administrator at First Presbyterian Church, Mr. Mayer is responsible for managing the financial matters of the church including income, expense and payroll, training programs, assisting the ministers and overseeing 50 employees. He was featured in the Journal for Preachers 2009 Advent Season edition, and once wrote a Christmas letter written about his assistance of a homeless man who entered the church. He also serves on the board of a counseling and psychotherapy group in Albuquerque. Mr. Mayer previously worked in the hotel industry and changed careers to work in the nonprofit sector. He attributes his success to his dedication and meticulous nature.

Mr. Mayer received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of New Mexico in 1979. He intends to move up in helping the church on a national level.
