EL SEGUNDO, CA, November 12, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mark Stepp, Director of Student Ministries for Oceanside Christian Fellowship, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in his career.

With 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Stepp attributes his success to the support he receives from his mentors and co-workers. At his current post, he is in charge of working with youth, recruiting and supervising volunteers, training, teaching, scheduling events, accounting, budgeting, and organizing fundraising campaigns and mission trips. He became involved in his profession because he was influenced by his youth director.

Mr. Stepp earned his Master of Arts in Philosophy, Religion and Ethics, from the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. He is a member of the Evangelical Free Church of America. In 2008, he received The Best of El Segundo, Places of Worship Category, United States Local Business Award.
