Bishop Watson holds a master's degree in theology from the Andersonville Theological Seminary, earned in 2005, and a bachelor's degree in theology from Manhattan Christian College. He serves as a mentor for the Role Model of Excellence Project within Miami-Dade County Public Schools and holds esteemed membership with the African-American Council of Christian Clergy Inc.
