With 36 years of professional experience, Pastor Harper specializes in mentoring young parishioners and providing assistance to widows in the congregation. He previously worked for Honeywell International Inc., and his calling to help others inspired him to become involved in the ministry. He was honored with the Certificate of Appreciation by a local church in South Carolina and ascribes his success to his faith in God.

Pastor Harper received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Virginia State University in 1977 and completed coursework in theology at the Richmond Theological Seminary. An ordained bishop, he volunteers his time as a coach for local basketball, football and baseball teams. He aspires to continue expanding the parish.
