At his current post, Mr. Bhattacharjee oversees the institution's physical education programmes, classes for dance, drama, music, teachers' camps, youth camps, free medical care, research programmes, handicrafts, and publications of books in English and in many Indian languages. He also conducts unity and spiritual programs to assisting people who work toward social transformation and individual perfection.

In addition, Mr. Bhattacharjee specializes in writing poetry and is a recipient of the Poetry Ambassador Award from the International Library of Poetry in 2007. He credits his success to his faith in God. Mr. Bhattacharjee received his Master of Business Administration from the American Intercontinental University in 2005. He aspires to write a book of poems and a spiritual novel.
